FIRSTCARMOTORS was founded by Amanuel Beserat — with 12 years of experience in the new and used car trade and 4 years in the Porsche segment. The observation was clear: Japanese auction houses regularly feature premium and luxury vehicles in exceptional condition — at prices that would scarcely be achievable in Germany.
Why? Japanese premium buyers rarely drive their vehicles, maintain them impeccably and often move on again early. A Porsche 911 with 18,000 km, a well-kept Porsche service record and first delivery in Japan — there, that is not an isolated case, it is a functioning market.
Our hub is in the Tokyo/Kumagaya region — with direct access to the largest Japanese auction platforms (USS, TAA, JU) and to a network of inspectors, logistics partners and shipping agents.
What sets us apart from many competitors is not only efficiency — it is our commitment to legal certainty. For vehicles from our own stock, we do not sell you a vehicle as-is, without warranty. You receive a German purchase contract with statutory liability for defects.
That means: if a defect emerges that neither buyer nor seller could have known about when the contract was concluded, you have genuine rights — not a goodwill decision on our part, but legally enforceable claims.

For vehicles from our own stock, you receive a German purchase contract with statutory liability for defects under the BGB (German Civil Code).

Through our established partner network in the Tokyo/Kumagaya region — direct connections to USS, TAA and JU — we reduce the time from the end of the auction to shipping to an average of 14 days. Many competitors need twice as long.

This expertise informs every vehicle selection: we know what matters with Porsche, Mercedes-AMG, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari and other luxury marques — from the auction appraisal to the technical inspection.
100% cost transparency before you place an order
No importer can guarantee that no further costs will arise — but we list every known cost factor before you sign: auction price, shipping, customs, import VAT, TÜV, delivery, our service fee. Your purchase sum is also held in a German escrow account until handover.
An international network
What began as a local Porsche trading business is today an international network: our own companies in Dubai and Germany, a dedicated partner on the ground in Japan. This structure gives us direct access to auctions, terms and vehicles that stay closed to individual importers without an established network — giving you a wider choice at fairer prices.
On-site inspection & our own facility
Unlike many intermediaries, we don't rely on auction photos alone. Our staff personally inspect every vehicle on site — paint-thickness measurement, mechanical check, engine run. After winning the bid, every vehicle passes through our own facility in Kumagaya near Tokyo: re-inspection, export preparation and transport to the port, all from a single source.

The Tokyo/Kumagaya region is our operational base in Japan — from here we have direct access to Japan's leading vehicle auctions, including USS Nagoya, one of the largest single auctions in the world, with over 25,000 vehicles weekly, regularly including premium and luxury vehicles in top condition.
Our local team — comprising a licensed bidder and an inspection partner — is present on site every day. This enables swift decisions, short-notice on-site inspections and a direct line to export logistics teams at the port of Yokohama.
For you, this proximity means: fewer intermediate stages, less standing time, lower logistics costs and an auction team that knows your order personally — not from an anonymous database.
